It was fairly clean, I would definitely come back. Everything there was first-class and the staff were attentive and competent. The location was stunning, relatively close to an 1800s red sandstone castle. The food at the in-house restaurant was amazing.

It was near the city centre and the building was nice
The shower didn't work properly, it was or too cold or too hot and impossible to regulate. The wi fi connection didn't work in my room and nobody did anything to solve the problem, I was just said to use the connection in the common space, which is not as confortable as using it in your own room, especially if you need it.

Location of hotel is good, staff friendly.
Badly in need of refurbishment Public rooms and bedrooms although did see into one room that looked as though it had already been upgraded and it did look nice, but Room 10 which I occupied and Room 2 which my cousins occupied were very tired to say the least.
